Times Have Changed - Cake Baking

Yesterday in the evening there was this sudden request to make the same cake with M&Ms on top.

So have changed the time assigned to the kitchen, for the cook. While the fish gets done, the black lentil boils in the pressure cooker, the chef is busy mixing the ingredients for the cake.


Now the two cakes are in the oven, and once they come out, the icing can be done. Then the decoration is using gems (M&Ms), local produce. Will post the complete picture here in a few hours.
