URL Forwarding Service Domain Name

  1. Click on My Domains inside Moniker.com
  2. Click My Domains
  3. Click URL Forwarding Management
  4. Click drop-down Redirection to choose [Frame], if you want your domain name to be displayed; or [Redirect] if you want the redirect url to be displayed.
  5. In the Forward Address column, in all the three fields enter the url of the site to which you want to direct your "domain name".
This is called customer service. The person was very patient, i will be there while you go through, kept checking the screens, after one pays for the URL service, so polite, kind, and knows what the problem is.

At the point Go he knew it is "URL forwarding service". Hence goes my clarification on "Domain Name". We have to achieve this level of Customer service.

In less than 3 hours of verification the URL forwarding was operational. Yipee. Thrilled. Thrilled.

They complete the cycle so beautifully...

They send an email from support, and it says we should click on the hyperlink Close support, if the call has been solved. They have not heard from me. They are so polite. Thank you for bearing with us. All our support staff is busy attending to customers. Press 8, and we will call you back, keeping your place on the queue.

The close call hyperlink takes you to a sorry page, saying that the close call feature is under maintenance. Once the patch is applied, it will be up, and running. Sure, will go back, and close the call. Otherwise the SLA for your support call will get extended. Open call-close call is the cycle. Great experience, and i made the call myself, using a Bluetooth. I could follow what the person was saying, and so could he. Isnt that exciting, and wonderful.

Now the call is closed, as per the following two pics.

Call centers can now move there, as they are more able, patient, and kind
