It is better to preserve your self while there is time. After you are struck, it is a little difficult to reverse. So avoid flour, sugar, white rice, chocolates, cakes. The fact is that it is very difficult to live within restricted diet, menu, and at the same time trying to exercise vigorously. Then there is the fact of trying to be happy. Combining all this into one is a hurricane, difficult task. Make wheat breads, eat pulses, brown bread, no egg yolk, less oil, and it goes on. The only fruit one can eat is guava. How long can one much veggies in a stew, and eat guavas. Then the question goes to meats, done with plenty of spices. No this is also not right, and you have to depend on lean meats, sauteed lightly. Then the 2100 to 2200 calories intake in a day, to keep the bmi at the required levels is impossible. The fact that one needs to remove 30 pounds or 14 kilograms weight is like an imaginary job. Take the help of a trainer, is a great advise, but then what happens to your ego in the presence of the trainer. The trainer will not let you go easy, and will make your muscles, legs ache; and make you sweat. Life is not easy. So while you can maintain the size zero that you have achieved by birth, do maintain it.
