During my trip to the tailors, and the health food store, i found these two products. Go ahead and try these. Have been having two cups of resource since yesterday. Seems to work for me. And am glad about the Christmas cookies, and cakes that i will make using the
natura product.

Just now had a chat with the dietitian. She is suggesting honey to sweeten up cakes, and biscuits. She says any sweeteners would lead to effects on nerves. I think honey or the leaves suggested in the post, that i found on Facebook would be appropriate. Just like Tulsi leaves are healthy, so should these be.
So she agrees about Stevia and Xylitol. Will go looking for a stevia plant, and then munch the leaves like a cow, and get all sweetened up. The stevia plant is in the Chrysanthemum family. Thank you.
