Some of the recommended food..
- broken wheat (dalia) with veggies or milk
- plain cornflakes
- apricot cranberry walnut flaxseed fenugreek seeds
- guavas
- bitter gourd cabbage capsicum cucumber
- wheat, and wheat flour (atta) brown rice organic(only add 5 times the water while cooking)
- honey
- Avoid white flour, sugar, white rice, white bread, fruits to avoid, brinjal may cause itching while you are also on medication (avoid, as you feel)
