Recommended Food (Diabetes)


Some of the recommended food..
  • broken wheat (dalia) with veggies or milk 
  • plain cornflakes
  • apricot cranberry walnut flaxseed fenugreek seeds
  • guavas
  • bitter gourd cabbage capsicum cucumber 
  • wheat, and wheat flour (atta) brown rice organic(only add 5 times the water while cooking)
  • honey
  •  Avoid white flour, sugar, white rice, white bread, fruits to avoid, brinjal may cause itching while you are also on medication (avoid, as you feel)

dalia with veggies, and onions; egg with onions; and the green chilli added in plenty
