Well the people in this region of Mr Bose do have these qualities. They are very clever and perhaps one has to agree about i told you so. If dictatorship had been followed by democracy then fundamental rights would be more easily understood. Hardships to be followed by conveniences, to appreciate the benefit of luxury. The region has brains and i told you so kind of vision.
Wherever he is Bose must be celebrating.
